Denver, January 9, 2007– CH2M HILL’s Managed Services line of business, a global provider of end-to-end IT management solutions, today announced it has been chosen by Andavo Travel to provide Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and call center services.  The Managed Services business is a global practice within CH2M HILL’s Enterprise Management Solutions Business Group.

Andavo Travel, a leader in global travel services, chose CH2M HILL due to the organization’s ability to deliver a high availability call center platform, provide critical infrastructure hosting, network security and 24x7 monitoring of IT systems.

VoIP is a technology that allows users to make telephone calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line. CH2M HILL’s VoIP (powered by Cisco) service allows companies to access their phone and data over one telecommunications line, provides company-wide access to a central phone system that handles all call routing, phone lines, voicemail conferencing and call center processing.    Customers subscribe to the service, avoiding the costly purchase of capital and management of the platform.  The service consists of a centralized infrastructure that is fully maintained by CH2M HILL 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
