CH2M HILL Partners with CJW International

Denver, CO, September 26, 2006—CH2M HILL Managed Services business, a global provider of end-to-end IT management solutions, today announced its new partnership with Denver-based CJW International, an international telecommunications construction and managed services company, to expand the business’ existing remote monitoring service capabilities.

By means of this new partnership with CJW International, CH2M HILL Managed Services has increased its ability to mitigate customer risk in complex IT operations and ensure the seamless continuation of business activities. Using Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), and other means, the company captures network utilization data, environmental status, statistics and events, and a record of baseline operating conditions to provide customers proactive alert, capture and response to issues before those issues become problems.   

Adding to its current capabilities of network, server, desktop monitoring and IT managed services, CH2M HILL Managed Services and CJW International can now report on the performance and status of all levels of IT operations and physical facilities environment, including physical systems such as HVAC, airflow, fluid leak detection, temperature/humidity, UPS, PDU, primary and secondary power solutions, generator settings and other critical customer equipment.
