In each offering below, CH2M HILL’s Managed Services staff documents all current IT systems including hardware,software and communications. System performance is measured including WAN/LAN utilization, security vulnerability and application utlization.
The Technology Audit is ideal for organizations initiating long-term strategic plans, assessing IT issues or requiring a detailed inventory of IT assets. The audit provides a benchmark for on-going tracking and management of IT assets; as well as a detailed foundation for identifying current problems, improvement areas and future needs.
Upon completion, the audit includes: a future performance check and review, network diagrams, audit database of hardware and software, staff interview report and enterprise technology and network improvement recommendations.
The Technology Assessment provides a snapshot of an organization’s current IT systems and assets. The information serves as a starting point for developing an overall view of enterprise technology assets or for companies considering new IT initiatives.
The Technology Strategic Plan is ideal for organizations utilizing outsourced IT services, as well as any company seeking an unbiased assessment and comprehensive IT strategy. This service provides a comprehensive two-year plan including a technology roadmap, staffing requirements and budget guidance.
Staff is interviewed and end-users are surveyed for issues and needs. System performance, including individual server systems, WAN/LAN and application utilization is measured. IT personnel skills are assessed and a performance check of measured systems is developed.
Upon completion of both the Technology Assessment and Strategic Plan, CH2M HILL Managed Services provides a network diagram; inventory of hardware, software and network services; interview and survey results; and recommendations for network performance and enterprise technology improvements.
