CH2M HILL Managed Services Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) monitors and tracks key network parameters such as network latency and packet loss – identifying the source of congestions in the Internet or private network. Examples of monitored parameters include: • Availability (application, database, operating system, Web server, network) • CPU, memory, disk space and swap space utilization • File system percentage used and http availability
The Online Reporting feature allows the customer to view current statistics to determine the level of support and the health of their infrastructure.
